Under the general supervision of the Divisional President, the Vice President will ensure attainment of revenue, profit, and client satisfaction goals within the assigned geographic area of the position.    Achievement of targets will be dependent on the Vice President recruiting and maintaining a motivated team of market General Managers, providing consistent leadership, coaching and training, ongoing professional development for new/tenured employees, program development to increase revenues and operational efficiency, inventory and process controls, comprehensive iValet / Turns Service Technology compliance and unparalleled customer acquisition, penetration and retention results.


RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue growth
  • Maintain profit and loss budget
  • Attend client meetings and other PR Events, including trade shows and industry functions
  • Ensures financial commitments and deadlines are met by facilitating and assessing processes, situations, and issues and takes corrective action, as needed
  • Responsible for maintaining cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with Corporate, regional and property decision makers through site visits and responsiveness to questions and concerns.
  • Ensure all IT platform compliance used through consistent communication, training and development of all General Managers and District Managers in assigned territory.
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new hires through required on the job training.
  • Partners with the Divisional President to develop ongoing, professional development for tenured/existing employees.
  • Manage adoption, implementation, tracking, and completion of assigned projects.
  • Develops and maintains customer service initiatives which improves quality and enhances customer satisfaction
  • Effectively manages quality assurance protocols with all W2 and IC service providers
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SERVICE/SUPPORT:

  • Works in collaboration with the executive leadership to ensure all standard process and procedures are followed and maintained to ensure customer and employee satisfaction standards are met.
  • Works in collaboration with the National Accounts organization to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth within each assigned market with all key corporate accounts.
  • Oversees compliance of all safety standards and safety initiatives within the division.
  • Low safety incidents within assigned region
  • Reporting safety incidents in a thorough and timely manner
  • Provide safety information to IC’s to maintain company safety standards

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences
  • Proven success in managing and developing a team through strong leadership and mentorship.  Builds collaborative relationships within their team, peers and colleagues.
  • Excellent project management skills – planning, coordination of work, detail orientation, highly organized, and good time-management
  • Basic knowledge of personnel policies including hiring, interviewing and terminating
  • Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Four year college degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of related leadership experience, budgeting and reporting
  • Minimum 5 years in construction services, property services or other related service industries.
  • Proven success in managing highly variable projects. Project management experience or PMI certification is a plus.
  • Proven success in managing annual revenue goals exceeding $5 million
  • Proven success in building teams and fostering business relationships in multiple locations
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Valid driver license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Flexibility to manage through time demands and potential schedule changes associated with air travel 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Physical ability to walk distance of property, and go up/down stairs.
  • Physical ability to adapt to varying weather conditions
