The primary purpose of the Regional Account Manager (RAM) is to promote the Valet Living brand and Maintenance Plus (M+) services) within the multifamily industry while generating, developing and closing opportunities in a designated region. This position will focus on managing retention and expanding the relationship with current doorstep clients while developing strong client relationships.


Our M+ suite of services are an ideal complement to our door to door waste and recycling collection service; they include, but are not limited to, maintenance tasks such as common area collection, grounds keeping, pool resets and breezeway blowing. 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clients
  • Introduce and grow M+ and other company verticals to properties that are not doorstep prospects
  • Rapidly build pipeline through developing relationships using networking via industry associations, email, and other outbound lead generation techniques
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Manage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow up on leads
  • Maintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activity
  • Conduct start up orientations to review service objectives and opportunities
  • Engage in personal and professional development

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a B2B outside sales environment
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the Multifamily industry strongly desired
  • Experience selling/marketing “maintenance” type services in a B2B environment, preferably Multifamily environment
  • Proven track record of consecutively exceeding sales objectives
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and database experience
  • Two year degree, four year preferred
  • Ability to relate to and influence various levels of decision makers
  • Valid driver’s license
